Tragic Accident Assistance
When the worst happens on the road, you need legal representation immediately. Both CDLP plans include tragic accident assistance — no per-incident fees, no case setup charges.
License Reinstatement Advice

Assistance with minor personal injury and property damage claims. Both plans include this coverage — competitors either skip it entirely or charge per-case setup fees.

The Super CDLP adds Last Will & Testament preparation and IRS audit services on top of all CDL-specific coverage — plus extends coverage to your spouse and dependents up to age 21 (or 23 if a full-time student).
